WWYD - teething & sleep
For the past few for nights, Sofia has been waking up crying evey 30 to 45 minutes. she is teething badly so I'm assuming this is part of it. The problem is that both DH and I work so we can't be up all night (and by "we", I mean "me" cuz DH sleeps through it). I eventually give up and pit her in my bed where she will sleep for slightly longer intervals (1hr to 1 1/2)
I give her tylenol.... Nothing seems to work! Please help!

Re: WWYD - teething & sleep
If its really bad and you need a good 6 hr. stretch I would do motrin!! Its so much better than tylenol (if she is over 6 months old).
Good luck!

Re: WWYD - teething & sleep
I am in the same boat as you right now, but DD is only 4 months. I gave up and put her in bed with me at 5am even though my alarm goes off at 5:45.
Hope these teeth break through quickly

You could try Humphrey's teething strips. They are homeopathic and so far they work great for us. When it's really bad we give motrin but these are safe to give under 6 months.

Re: WWYD - teething & sleep
I could have written this word for word. I am going through the same thing with DD. DH and I both have to get up early for work the next day so I can't be up with her all night so I put her in my bed..sometimes it works sometimes she can't go back to sleep because of the pain. I will def get the Motrin. Thanks.

Ugh!!! We are in the same boat.
DS will sleep like a rock from 8-3am and then he is up crying every hour. I have yet to give him med's for it, trying to hold off as long as I can.
I have been bringing into bed with us also if he has a hard time going back to sleep, DH is not happy about it but I need sleep
