WWYD - Advice needed
An eggplant parm recipe that I make needs to be cooked overall for about 40 min at 400. My ziti is usually cooked at 350. Both need to be ready at the same time.
I dont want to overcook the pasta, or undercook the eggplant!

Better to cook the Eggplant at 350 for LONGER than the ziti at a higher temp (and risk it being over done)
