WW Weight Loss
How much weight am I suppossed to be loosing per week when I'm on WW, is it 2 pounds? What about when I'm also consuming the flex points every week will I be loosing the same or less? TIA!

1-2 Lbs/week is concidered the "healthy" way to lose weight in MOST of the diet programs.

Average weight loss can be anywhere from .5 lbs to 2 lbs per week.
The flex points depends on the individual. I have always ate all of my flex points and have done well that way. Some people have a hard time losing weight when they have all of their flex points. I think it really depends on the person and their activity level. I am generally very active and don't eat my activity points.
