WW Smart Points
I was on WW a few years ago on the points plus plan and now I see they switched to smart points. Can anyone tell me what the differences are?

WW Smart Points
Smart points take protein and fiber into consideration to calculate points. Fruit is zero points now. Sugary sweets have higher point values then before.

WW Smart Points
I'm trying to figure out the same thing because I just started on WW and have come across some recipes that have point values listed as Points Plus so I'm trying to figure out how many points under Smart Points
From what I can tell so far, Smart Points counts fats and sugars as more points than PP did and foods that are higher in protein have less points than they did with PP

This!
I did the PP system a few years back and had no luck but, like the Smart Points program more.
I've lost 10 lbs since January 4 on the new plan and haven't felt that deprived (and had some major events in there - weddings, formals, etc where it's hard to stick to points).

Are fruits and vegetables still 0 points?

Fiber isn't used in the calculation of points. It's Calories, Saturated fat, Sugar, and protein.
Fruits-veggies are zero.
Smart point values are higher than the old points system, but you get more points per day to compensate.
