WW Question

I went to Proportion Cafe in Selden tonight and they have pre-made frozen yogurt cups that are supposedly 4 pts. each. It's called chocolate mud pie I think. It's chocolate frozen yogurt with choc. crunchies on top. I am in love with this stuff, just afraid that the points aren't correct.

I didn't even know those places were still around; growing up, I LOVED it! I always add a point when I get frozen yogurt. There's a place I go to that lists all the nutrition info, and says that it's 1 point per 4 oz of yogurt. Their small is 5 oz, but I feel that most likely they overfill, so I say it's maybe 7 oz of yogurt and estimate it to be 2 points. I'm sure it's not off by much, but if you are not sure, I would calculate it as 5.
