WW Q's
I haven't tried WW since before my wedding 4 years ago & back then they had just started the points.
Can someone explain how the program works now? Is it still points? Is it carbs/proteins? Is it something different?

WW is still points.
You take a very quick "quiz" to figure out how many points you get a day.
Each time you enter a new "decade" ex. go from 160 to 150 you lose a point.
You get 35 "flex" points a week. Spread them out however you want or don't use them at all.
You CANNOT carry them over to the next week.
You
You can earn activity points as well.
Once you use your "daily points" and you're out, you can use the activity points you have earned for that day/week.

I heard they are making big changes too. Which makes me very uneasy. I like the program now and feel like I can do this for the rest of my life. I'm concerned that I'm not going to like the new program. However, I can't imagine them doing away with points. But I guess we'll know soon enough what's going on.

I was chosen to do a brief survey on the new program a few months ago. I don't remember the details though  But I do know that they are not doing away with the points. I believe they are going to call it ProPoints. But that is all I remember from the survey. I think we are going to hear about the changes in December or January.
