ww points IHOP
Is it 2 pts per pancake? I know the butter & syrup are extra. I don't like syrup so that's good!! I found on some random website that it's 7 pts for IHOP's 3 pancakes and 2 for just one pancake. Just not sure how accurate that is.

why not go to the IHOP website and see if they have nutrional information?
I know its not easy, I'm super upset Famous Dave's didn't have any. GRRR

They only have nutrition info for some items that fall under their "ihop for me" section. So the info applies to the whole meal; actually it is not terrible: 9 pts for 2 pancakes, egg substitute and turkey bacon. I have read on several websites that it is 7 pts for 3 pancakes. Thanks so much for the reply. :)
