WW Lifetimers!
I made lifetime about a 2 months ago and but I have been having a problem with my points. I am still losing some weight every week and an not sure why? Yes I am working out like I have been but I have also increased my points quite a bit. I am having trouble finding out exactly how many pts i have to eat daily!

I am a lifetime but I do the core program (that they got rid of) so I cant really help you with points but I do know that soemtimes it takes your body time to settle in. As long as you arent dropping lots of weight then dont freak to much and Maintenance is a lot of playing with foods and points to find the right balance.

Are you losing a crazy amount of weight? If you are I would add more points. If not, don't sweat it. There will be weeks where you go over your points because of an weekend or an occasion and it will all even out.

if it is less than a pound then I think its just a little tweaking....plus it is basically impossible to stay the exact same weight every week......
