WW Help
I started WW two weeks ago. The first week I lost 4 pounds. This week I lost 1 pound. I didn't do anything differently between the two weeks.
Do you usually lose more the first week you get back to dieting?
I got AF yesterday. Could that effect me not losing at much weight?

The first week is usually water weight that comes off so one should expect to lose more the first week.
Definitely AF could play a role as well. Don't be hard on yourself...losing 1 lb during AF is awesome!

You definitely lose more the first week and 1 lb is still a good loss for this week. You really shouldn't lose more than a pound or two per week (except for the first week of course!) You're doing great!

You are doing great!! KEEP IT UP!!!  1-2 pounds a week is perfect. I know that when I have AF, I always lose less for some reason - but then the week after I get a good weigh in.

Thanks so much! I'm happy with the 1 pound loss, I just was hoping for more because I have a wedding this weekend for an old high school friend and haven't seen some of my friends in a long time.
This board is so great for support!
