WR- invite wording

I am making my cousin's wedding invites. She wants her parents (including deceased father) mentioned as hosts. They already have two sons and would like them mentioned on the invite. Does this sound awkward?

You are cordially invited to attend
the marriage of

Mary Smith
daughter of Mrs. Ann Smith and the late
Mr. Michael Smith

to

Mr. Robert Jones

as they exchange vows and together
with their sons, Michael and Sean,
celebrate their family

Friday, the twelfth of November
at six o'clock in the evening

The Inn on the Lake
Anytown, New York

***ETA*** I forgot her parent's names!!

Re: WR- invite wording

i think that sounds good. but, did she want her parents names on there, too??
i honestly would try to talk her into leaving it the way you have it. i think if you add her parents on there, PLUS their names, PLUS their sons names... it gets hard for people to tell who the wedding is actually for with all the other names on there!
i like the way you have it though, its simple and mentions their sons. i like the " celebrate their family" wording...

I would leave the childrens names out and add her parents names. The children will be there, and it may be the only time she can add her dads names unless she does a memorial candle/table idea.

I like it. To include her parents you could say:

Ms. (mom's name)
with special memoires of (late father)
request the honour of your presence of the wedding of

Name
&
Name

as they exchange vows
and together
with their sons,
Michael and Sean,
celebrate their family
