I'm not sure where precisely this house is but Glen Cove is nice.

I know one part of Glen Cove has a shaddy area..Not sure if this house is located in that area though.

I don't know exactly where the house is.....and I am terrible with maps ....but we have lived in glen cove for a little over a year now and LOVE IT!!!
The house is close to Morgan Park, which is really lovely...and it seems to be in a residential area.
I'd say check it out - looks like a great deal!

My father lives in GLen Cove on the water...he has a huge house and all that, but stil only pays $9K in taxes, so I think the taxes are pretty reasonable in Glen Cove.
