would you keep these?
i had 2 boneless chicken breasts in the freezer,
took them out Monday night and put them in the fridge to defrost, planning to use them Tues night
was late at work Tues, and had plans last night
are they ok to use tonight? or should i just toss them
not sure how long defrosted meat lasts in the fridge

Toss! I think I would have still used them last night (Wed.) but not tonight.

I agree. I'd give them the sniff test and if they pass I'd use them. I would NOT use them after tonight though.
