Would you go to the Caribbean with a 4yr old, 7 yr old & 6 month old?
I'm trying to decide if this is a good idea or not! Just thinking about everything I would need to bring for the baby is making me so anxious.
On the other hand, I feel bad not going away (for my older kids) bc of the baby...
I really need some advice from BTDT moms....

For ME that would be WAY too much stress and hassle and that is not what a vacation should be about.
So no I wouldn't.
But I get aggrevated and stressed easily so you may not want to go by me!

I would, but i'm crazy like that sometimes.
We went away with a 9 year old, 1.5 year old and 4 month old for a week and had a blast, it was definitly worth the extra packing.

I am planning on going with a 3 month old and a 16 month old LOL. so i say go for it. You know your kids and what you can handle.

Yes, I would go. 2 of your kids are older and would have fun and the infant isn't mobile yet so you won't have to worry about him/her going in the water.

yup..ive done it with a 7 month old and his 2 yr old sister...
I plan on doing it with my 3 kids this spring! (5yr,4yr,1yr)

I'm just sooooo... nervous bc even though we've been traveling since our oldest was 1 yr old...we never went away with a child less than a year old.
My husband says we should go but he's not the one who is going to pack for 3 kids & make sure we have everything we need! Ahhhhh...

I think a 6 month old is easier to manage than a 1 year old, so I think I'd go. At this point, you already know what a vacation is like with children. I think the baby might be the easiest to manage.

I def would. Much more relaxing than say Disney (which we are doing next month with 4 under 5  )
under 1 is def the easiest to manage!

I don't think it would be that bad. Just start making a list so you know exactly what you need, and pack over the course of a few days so it's not so overwhelming!

We went with a 5, 4 and 1 year old. I am not going to lie, it was alot of work. We actually wound up getting a full time Nanny through the resort while we were there which helped alot.
I almost booked a trip last year when they were 6,4 and 2 back to Turks but the thought of it all was too exhausting so I didnt. That being said we go away a few times a year to place like VT, montauk.. It isnt any easier. The amount of stuff you need when you have kids is ridiculous!

been there a bunch of time with kids and under 1 yrs old..very family friendly and the supermarkets stock a lot of baby items we use up here (pampers, gerber, etc)
