We have received verbal and email threats, I don't want to post the details because of the legal nature but I just couldn't believe it..I mean, before my DH and I bought this house we had a few offers not go through, etc...and what did we do? We moved on....some people are unbelievable.

Especially, in this market that is . Seriously, there are more houses for sale right now than ever.
I lost out on a few houses that had offers of first refusal within hours of going on the market.
These people need to get a life.
