would you eat this?
Going to yard house tonight for dinner and want to get their grilled cheese. it has cheddar, swiss, fontina and gorgonzola. Since its a chain US restaurant all the cheeses should be pasturized and it will be melted...I called them and I can ask for it to be made withe just swiss and cheddar...thoughts?

It's cooked so its fine. My OB said not to go crazy with the cheeses in the U.S. unless you get it straight from the farm. He also mentioned Women in Europe eat all kind of cheeses without a 2nd thought.

I ordered it without the gorgonzola...we were eating out with my dad...he has now guessed that I am pregnant - we are waiting til after first appt to tell our parents - i didn't confirm his suspicions but me altering the sandwich and not ordering a beer set him questioning us...he said he'll keep the secret.
