I would never eat any 3.5 day old Chinese food
It's probably safe because of all the preservatives in it, but I still wouldn't eat it.

I don't eat shrimp- but if it were pork lo mein I would....I don't know if the fact that it's shrimp would deter me (other than not liking it  )
