Would you call back?
My friend went on job interview in Novemebr the company she was interviewing with knew she would not be available until April to start. (She was laid off in July but her job is not ending until March 31. She has to stay until that day to receive her payout.)
After the interview they told her they wished they could start her right away because she would have been hired on the spot. They asked her to please call back in mid March. My friend called on Thursday. The guy she spoke with remembered her said he had a position for her.
He was heading into a meeting so he said I'll call you tomorrow (Friday) or Monday. It is Tuesday and she has not heard from him. Should she call back? Email?
I don't know if this matters but her parents friend knows the owner of the company so he put a good word in for her in November and also called his friend on Thursday AM to say she would be calling in the PM.
Should she call back? When should she call? And what should she say?

def. call back. i'm not saying this company is, but many are disorganized and it may take a few follow ups before anything happens. a very frustrating process.....

I would def call back!! The guy she spoke to was heading into a meeting and their conversation probably slipped his mind.
