I went skiing one year on St. Paddy's weekend, the place was empty and full of fresh powder. As long as the weather holds out, I think its OK.

With the way we are changing climates and this new ice age we seem to be entering I would say March will be snowy and cold for sure! I'd do it!
Give it a few more years and April will be ski season too!

We just booked a trip for the weekend before 2/25-2/27 in the Pocono's. Judging from the recent weather conditions, I assume there will still be snow.

I would. They make snow so I wouldn't worry about lack of that. It might be warmer, but it's better than freezing!
