Would you be concerned?
I am diabetic so I don't know if that is making this more nervous for me...
I have had a strange hard, bony bump on my foot for the last 2 days. It is very painful and makes it difficult to walk. Last night the pain was unbearable even when I was laying in bed. Today it hurts slightly less. I called my nurse hotline and she seemed nonchalant and told me to go to see my PCP, who can't see me until the 5th. A friend said it could possibly be a cyst.
What would you do in the interim? Do nothing, go to the ER or try to see a foot doctor?

I would get your foot to a foot doctor (especially after seeing your pic) - if it's hurting you that badly you should really get it checked out!

I was hoping it was just a flukey thing that would go away overnight but now I'm not sure!
