Would it be terrible if I stopped taking my pre-natal at this point?
All of a sudden it's repeating on me and I can't deal with it. I take is as I have always done- in the middle of eating my meal.
I take folic acid, iron and vit D in addition anyway. Those don't bother me at all.

Probably wouldn't be terrible (I discussed this with my doc when I didn't take it this summer- more or less babies will get what they need to your detriment.) I was on rainbow light which is gentle for stomach but it started doing the same thing so I tried a sample of prenate minis which are working well.

Try taking it before you go to bed.

My old ones were discontinued and the new ones Ive been on for a few months are ginormous green horse pills. I'd get a new script but I don't want to pay $35 when I won't even need them a full month at this point.

Every dr. is different but mine said I should after my son was born. But she said I could take any at that point.
I on the other hand am having a hard time taking it now bc I get so sick. My dr. said do what I could do. If I keep food down with out it I should stop for a few weeks.

You probably already tried this, but are you taking it with food or before bed? Both can be very helpful, although I know some people have a hard time with them regardless. I agree with switching brands before just stopping altogether. Good luck!

Now at 36 weeks my prenatals are making me nauseous. I was thinking of stopping them

Ehhhhhhhhhh - honestly, I think you'd be fine if you stopped.
One of the OB's in my practice doesn't think pre-natals are necessary. She thinks if you're taking other vitamins and getting enough iron you'll be fine.

I take a Trader Joes brand, and they're vegan-friendly. They're the only brand that haven't bothered me.

I'm not sure. I planned to switch to OTC after anyway. I only used the prescription ones because they were supposidly better. Now I'll need that $35/mo for formula.
