would it be crazy? travel related
going to marco island in april with our two girls who will be 11months and almost 3 years old.
woudl it be crazy to drive from there to disney world for one day? we would just go to the magic kingdom.
online it seems like it's a direct route and takes about 3 1/2 hours each way.
we are going away for 6 days.
my oldest loves disney and princesses and i thought it might be fun to take her while we are there.
we are planning on doing a "real" disney trip in a few years but i thought this might give us a chance to just hit up one park for a few hours.

Could you spend one night at disney?
I think driving 7+ hours for a day trip seems really far. It might just be super tiring for the driver of the car though. I know DH gets tired and cranky when he drives for long distances. He'd want to rest after driving, not walk around for a long day and then have to drive back again.

Too long for a day trip IMO. Disney is a lot of walking around in the heat... i'd stay at least 1 night if you can.
