Would anyone else be as bold?
I got a free 8X10 coupon from Kiddie Kandids. Would you ever go there & just say thanks for the free photo I don't want anything else? Or would you feel that have to order more pics. Their pkgs are a hell of alot more expensive then say JC Penney's or Sears.

I had a free 8x10 coupon for Picture People and went in with every intention of purchasing great pictures. The photographer was not great and when we sat to preview the pics I didn't like any of them. I was about to leave and the guy said that I am still entitled to my free picture. The pics were so bad that I had a hard time picking out my "free" pic. They gave it to me and it was fine.
On the other hand my 4 experiences with KK have been great. I usually have the other problem where I love all the pics and can't decide. I also always get the big packages so that I can get the CD.
I guess what I would say is they will probably be cool with giving you the free picture but be prepared to fight the urge the purchase more.

I got one of those coupons and wanted to take advantage, but never did.
If you can be that strong, then do it. They are sales people and chances are there will be some great shots.

I did it. If you love the photo, you never know you may order just another copy - and not a package.

I've done it at Picture People. I was walking the mall, they offered to take some pcitures of Jack and give me a fre 8 x10. None of them came out spectacular, so I just took my 8 x 10 and told them I'd order any additionals online or at a later date. (which I never did)

Went for my free 8x10 at Picture People and left. I brought my own camera and snapped away while they were postioning my kids. I didn't care. I waited over 3 hours...yes, that's right...3 hours WITH an appointment. It's the LEAST they could let me do!!!
