worst sinus infection
ugh... what can I do? i took sudafed for 2 days but do not want to continue that. I have my 35w appt today at 2pm so I am hoping my OB will just prescribe an antibiotic. I am miserable 
anything else OTC?

I would use a neti pot, and also pour some boiling water in a bowl and breathe in the steam (maybe with lavender or peppermint essential oils). Feel better!!

Sinus infections never go away for me without meds. Sorry. Call your primary care dr or your Ob.
