Worried about the last 7 weeks!

So I just found out I was preggo (about 7 wks) and I just can't stop thinking about all the things I did before I knew.... that are probably not good. Things like I ate a lot of sushi, consumed decent quantities of advil, had a half a glass of wine yesterday Chat Icon

How will I know if I did something that affected this pregnancy?

When do people usually miscarry?

I think you are okay. Plenty of women don't even know they are pregnant this early on. I don't even think you are sharing anything yet with the baby.

Miscarraiges happen most often during the first trimester.

Re: Worried about the last 7 weeks!

dont worry, but now that you know, you should just be more careful. I was a smoker and didnt stop until the day I found out I was preggo. Im not a drinker I would rarely even have 1 when I went out but happened to have 3 pomegranate champagnes at my cousins wedding the few days before I found out. I dont think we share a blood line with the baby until 8 weeks.

I think this early on, the baby isn't even attached to the uterus. Therefore not sharing blood supply. I think you're fine.
