working out
If you worked out before getting pregnant, how have you changed your workout during pregnancy. I am TTC and am a little worried about working out while I am pregnant. I appreciate any info you may have.

Re: working out
I worked out before getting preggo (3x/week at Curves with the old ladies -- I loved it!!) and since finding out, I haven't stepped foot in there.
I am exhausted so when I leave work the only thing I am thinking is SLEEP! I packed my workout bag this week and put it in the car to motivate me but I still haven't been.
My goal is to go once this week!

Re: working out
I worked out before getting prego and just resumed my work out routine since I was so exhausted in the first tri.
You are supposed to keep your HR below 130-140.
In terms of weight training, my doc said to keep it light-- like under 30lbs.
As far as abs-- my doc said, just do what feels comfortable.
