Working Out

I have had a really hard time getting my arse to the gym the last few weeks... First, I was exhausted and now am just exhausted and I feel like shite.

I really need to get it together because I know the exercise will help me feel better... It's just a catch 22. I need to feel better to work out, but I know the exercise will benefit me.

Please tell me I will feel a little better soon so I can get some workouts in!

Re: Working Out

You will feel better soon...

I pushed myself to get to the gym during the first 2-3months. But at about 11wks all my symptoms were gone and I wasn't tired AT ALL anymore. Once you get over the hump you should be fine and back in the gym. Everyone is different but I think the majority of people end up feeling better in their 2nd trimester.

Good luck!!!

Re: Working Out

The exercise will DEF. help you! Think about how good you feel after you get off that treadmill or elipitical machine!!

I hope you feel better!!
