Only 4 days in but so far loving Focus T-25. I have never been so sweaty working out. Only 25 Minutes long. I weigh and measure on Saturday, will update how my first week went

T25.
I've been doing it for 6 weeks and have lost 4 inches in my waist and 4 pounds. It's only 25 minutes. I've never seen results like this. I am watching what I eat but am still indulging at times. I love it!!

I have no time for the gym either so I purchased the 30 day shred Jillian Michaels workout. It's 3 levels of intensity about 20-25 minutes includes weight trainin, cardio and and abs. I LOVE it I've been doing it for about 3 weeks and still on level 1. I've lost 7 1/2 pounds. My DH notices cuts in my arms. My energy sky rocketed. What's key for me is to do it first thing in the morning and for the rest of the day I'm on a high of being active and eating healthier. This DVD was about $11. I will purchase more and most likely it will be Jillian workouts.

I like the Jillian Michaels total body revolution. It's a 90 day program and even though i have been doing it on and off for a while now, when i stick to it for a few weeks i start to see results pretty quickly!!

So far so good with Focus T-25. After just 5 days, I just weighed in on Day 6 and I am down 4.6 lbs. and lost a few inches everywhere. YAY!

I have the Roku which has different programs including work out stuff. I'm addicted to the daily burn which you could also get on the internet. Its free for the first month then $10 a month thereafter. It has a lot of different videos from beginners to advanced workouts 15min-60min. I've done most of Jillian Michaels dvds and I have to say I never sweated this much using the daily burn workouts compared to Jillian Michaels.
