Work from home approved!
I never doubted that it would be...but it's nice to know that once I hit 38 weeks I won't have to commute into the city anymore!! I'll be working from home 2 weeks before my due date; and won't have to use anytime until the baby physcially comes.
So my last day in the office will hopefully be 12/31 (I'm due 1/12)!

I just figured they would approve it; since my co-worker who had her baby last December also worked from home at 38 weeks. But it was such a relief once I knew for certain it was the plan. IT has my laptop and is giving me VPN as we speak (type). I have to bring it home and test it out over the weekend. They want to make sure I have complete access and can work out any kinks before my last day in the office. It seems so early though...I'm only 25weeks!

it's awesome!
i started my work-from-home time this week (when i hit 38 weeks also) and it's soooo nice to just stay home all day. It's tough to be productive with so many distractions, but the commute is fantastic!
