WOOOOHOOOOO!
oh yeah, I'm so psyched! i just got the post card in the mail from Mark Lewis, our greivance is done, our taxes will be $1300 LESS Next year!!!
I know homeowners can do this themselves but I'm so glad I hired them, I probably never would have found the time to get it done!

Congrats! We are looking to do this also.
It was simple, I did everything online, spoke to them twice & they said just wait for the postcard. That was in March just before the deadline. It was really simple.

Congrats! We are looking to do this also.
I once had a "seminar" with Mark Lewis and he said that he will tell you up front if you don't have a case. So if he doesn't think he will get you a grievance, he won't take you on.
I believe he said he charges you the amount of money you save in a year. So if your taxes get reduced $1000/yr, he charges you $1000.

he charges 1/2 of what he saves you for the year if you pay in full when he bills you, if you want to pay it off, its more.
