Won't eat baby food anymore
The past few days, my son refuses to eat solids (he's 7 months old next week).
Even when we give him foods he loves... he won't eat them. He keeps his lips closed tightly.
what's going on with him?
(nope no signs of any teeth coming in).

You seriously can't catch a break with this kid 
Have you tried making him fresh baby food (like mashing up bananas or something like that?). Maybe he doesn't like the taste of the jarred stuff?? Or maybe he is just on an eating strike. Can you make him laugh and then shove the food in? Sometimes that's how I get it in. I don't know, Gavin seems to be getting disinterested in food as well so I'm really no help!!

Nope not making my own baby food. Are you out of your mind?!?!?!  I barely have time as it is getting things done because i work FT. 
Besides he has no problems with the taste of them. He LOVES fruits and sweet potatoes, etc. He normally gobbles up the who jar/container at each feeding.
Can't put it in when he laughs because it all comes right out when we do that.
I think he's on a food strike but i don't know why.

Yet another...phase.
I dunno, but my DS does that now and then...won't even open his little lips...then after a day or so decides he's ready to eat again.

DS started this around 8 months and has pretty much been on table food since.
Have you started any table foods yet? That might be why as he probably likes those better.

Nope haven't started table foods yet. I think he's too young for that still.

Nope haven't started table foods yet. I think he's too young for that still.
Maybe try stage 3 dinners they have some texture to them, I know DS loved texture, which is why he hated baby food early on.
You can also try some softer table foods and mix in baby food like pastina mixed with baby carrots, or shredded chicken (i mena like tiny tiny piece in the FP) mixed with some other veggie.
It might also just be a stage that you can just wait out...
