wondering how many people have back stabbers in their office
my office has many as well as many finger pointers the moment something goes wrong.
I think its rude, unprofessional and bad for the culture of the office.
so I am wondering how many offices have this issue?
Is it common or uncommon.

My old office had one. We all knew not to talk until she went to lunch or went home for the day. The sick part was we all told the boss how horrible she was and now she is the only one left there. She is so dumb (she once asked me if water evaporated, and told me she was upset that good Friday fell on a Saturday and now we don't get the day off) and she is in charge of all their money. Good riddance to her

Yes! This is pretty much everyone in my office. Kind of pathetic to see women in their 50-60's act like this.

I do. He's technically the owner of the company but he was handed the business. He sucks as an employee and his uncle runs the business in every aspect.
But he's the one joining in your convos all day long then in another breath behind your back saying how you talk all day.
He is one of the worst workers I have ever worked with in my life. It's horrible.

I posted that because we had a couple in an office I worked at long ago. Whe always had music playing and when this song would come on, me and a friend would sing song with it - pretty much to the other a-holes

I think its pretty common. People just want to cover their ass and look like the good guy. It's annoying. All you can do is stay away and not fuel the fire.

Oh, I know I do. And I don't care. Because in know my work is good and no one takes the back stabber seriously.
It still sucks that grow ass women act this way. Finding throw anybody under the bus.

I actually don't know if any in my office. I don't really know any of the gossip though, as I am not located that close to my team. I also don't think they tell me things since I am their manager and I work remotely some times!

My DH works with 1 woman who is terrible. He had major back surgery and when he walked long periods of time he needed to use a cane for months, so he would bring his cane to the office. This lady ran into him when he was running into the store for something quick and he didn't have it, and she ran to the CEO saying that he was "milking" the surgery. But she's super sweet to everyone's face, I hate people like that.
