woke up in pain
a sharp pain in my back hurt so bad it woke me out of my sleep. sorry for the tmi but i also had BAD gas pains last night (the doubling over kind) - i didn't eat anything gassy. i'm almost 16 weeks what's going on??? 
I took off today - DH and I are supposed to go to AC

I had that a few times. 3 times it was gas and once it was that I was sleeping in the same position for too long. Do you still feel pain?

no its better now - thank you but my tummy is "off" yesterday was someone's last day at work so we had a "send off" cake for her and of course i had a nice piece (chocolate mousse) i wonder if thats what triggered it? that and i've been munching nonstop

Awww u are entitled. Just becareful. Our tummies arenot what they used to be.

Hang in there...I have gotten that from staying in the same position also....Maybe it was the cake but don't beat yourself up for it. I hope you feel better, try to walk around a little. This weather doesn't help either
