Wish us luck !
Our town is going through a re-evaluation. The first in 10 years! Our house is scheduled for a walk through tomorrow night.  Please keep your fingers crossed for us that we don't get hit too hard. We already pay just over $15k in taxes. Given what many of my neighbors currently pay, we can go as high as a $10k increase!

OMG....I would be sick if I paid your taxes...forget about the possibility of a $10,000 increase.

Thanks... unfortunately for us, there will not be a reduction, the previous owners did a lot of major renovations including an extention before they moved (less than 2 years ago).
I live in Northern Jersey (Essex Cty) which is known for it's high taxes.
