Wish me luck. (updated)
Michael got his "big boy" bed today so tonight he will sleep in his bed rather than his crib. Hopefully I won't have to make too many trips back to his room.
Update:
As soon as we tried to lay him down he wanted to go with daddy so we let him hang out with us a little while and he fell asleep so I took him to bed and that went pretty smoothly since he was already sleeping. He then woke up at approx. 1:15am and I guess he was a little startled but I went into his room, calmed him down and stayed for a little while. Then I said nite nite and gave him kisses and left and he went back to sleep. Then he woke up at 6am and got out of bed and ran over and jumped into bed with us. I gave him 5 minutes and then took him back to bed and repeated the nite nite and kiss routine that we always have and although he was awake he just layed there till he fell back to sleep. And now he is officially up since 8:15am. So all in all I think it went ok. Hopefully it will go better tonight.
