Wish me luck today at the dentist!
I am still a little dental phobic. I had 2 root canals, deep cleanings and survived. Going to see the hygenist today for a regular cleaning. The regular dentist did my cleaning last time, so I have never used the hygenist there. Just a little nervous, and I have AF (Sorry if TMI) so I guess that is not helping me. I am dreading going today. I am scared it is going to hurt. Wish me luck and send me some no pain vibes please! TIA!

I survived. It was not bad at all. There was a kid SCREAMING while I was there and she was not even in the chair yet. It was getting under my skin becuase I was nervous enough. Thank you for the good luck .
