Wish me Luck!!
DH LOVES Snickerdoodle cookies...so for his bday I'm attempting them tonight!
I'm using Martha Stewart's recipe since it seems easy enough!!
Any tips!? I'm still just getting into the baking thing.
Also, I don't have a sifter...can I sift using, say a spoon??

do you have a fine strainer, the ones that look like a screen? you could use that!

Colleen - You can't use a spoon to sift - Target has a set of 3 for about $7 - You need the wire ones to sift

i am sure it will be fine... but if you plan to bake and you make soups, gravy, etc. i would pick up an inexpensive mesh strainer

I got worried and bought a sifter from walmart.it was $5 so not a huge deal.
Cookies are made a taste tested- very delicious! Now I know I can safely make them for xmas eve.
