Winter coats for infants
I want to buy DS a winter coat soon, but I have a question on sizing. DS is now 5 1/2 months and is starting to move into 6-9 month clothing.
So, do you buy your dc a coat in their same size as their clothing or do you go up a size to accommodate sweaters, sweatshirts, etc? And, can anyone recommend a brand or store to get a good coat? Sorry if this question sounds silly, this is my first DC and I haven't started looking yet for a coat.

Re: Winter coats for infants
last year dd was only wearing size 3-6 months during the winter months and I got her a size 9 month winter coat from carters, but it was big on her. I think with carters or oshkosh you should buy true to size. Its also hard to find a lot of infant coats that aren't snowsuits.
