winter 30th bday help
my 30th is coming up mid january and i wante dto do something but feel limited since its winter.
any ideas/suggestions or stories of what you did if you had a 30th winter bday?

jackie, i feel your pain! mine is in a month and i dont know whats happening yet. i gave DH ideas and told him to plan something....but we'll see... 
either way...here are some suggestions:
comedy club/improv
paint your own pottery place (these places are fun!)
karaoke
wine tour (just dress warm  )
museum
organized scavenger hunt (there are companies that do this)
murder mystery dinner
bowling
dave & busters
fondue party
skiing/snowboarding/SLEDDING!!

I would def. go into the city...I love the city in the winter for some reason and go to a nice restaurant and maybe hit a comedy club.

Took one of my BFF's to The Awesome 80"s prom in NYC for her 30th (dressed 80's and rented a limo and all)....We had a rip- it was in the winter !
