Window treatments??
I have a formal dining room with a bay window, I have sedona red cellular shades on them. I dont want to give up the shades but I want to put curtains on the window to dress up the room. How should I do this. Does anyone have pics?TIA

Re: Window treatments??
How about side curtains with tie backs or like the other poster said, a nice scarf draping over the top.
Here is a pic of what I have

Re: Window treatments??
thanks girls.. I like that but I have an open floor plan in my house my dining room is sorta connected to my living room and I have a sheer brown scarf in my living room. Do you think it matter. I was thinking perhaps a panel on each side and a valance on top???

Re: Window treatments??
I would go with a sheer tan/beige color or tan/beige curtain panels on each side of the window. This way the neutral color goes with everything, (the shades and the brown curtain in the other room).
