Window Treatment and Radiators
Does anybody have drapes on a window with a radiator underneath it? It is a picture window, so it is pretty big.

we have a radiator under our window in the living room. We also have shear and solid drapes that cover it.

It is in the wall. I wasn't sure if it was ok to block it with shears panels

i have baseboard and my treatments cover them.
does it span the whole length of the window? if not, buy panels that will only cover a little.

what kind of treatments do you have/want? if panels, leave them gathered so that they don't cover the whole radiator.

I don't have any pictures here on my computer at work but you should be ok if you cover the radiator. We have baseboard heating and they get covered in some rooms and it has no effect on the heat.
