Wilton Cake Decoraters, I need your help...
So I just bought this pan and bought the icing to decorate it but what do I put on the background of him?
Do I put icing down first all over and then decorate?
Or just decorate and leave the background yellow cake?

I wouldn't leave the background as yellow cake. I would use white frosting for it. It might be easier to make the Elmo first and then fill in the rest as white.
