Will some one please tell DH its not possible...

For the last 2 days now i have felt like garbage and I know he is all worried. He keeps saying call the doctor and tell them to schedule you early tell them you want to go now. LOL IM originally scheduled for feb 12 at 1230 but he doesnt like seeing me so uncomfortable. I know its because he misunderstood what dr. Haunauer said..she said ok at this point you can go any time if you want. I took that to mean if it happens it happens no worries we are in the clear. Not him.

37 weeks is "full term", but more and more studies show that waiting until week 40 is much better for DC.

As much as I hate to see DW in discomfort, I would much rather see her wait an extra 2 weeks or so, and give DC as much time in the womb as possible.

Many hospitals will not even entertain the notion of scheduling before 39 weeks without amnios to determine if the lungs are developed. The only way they will is if the baby is in distress, or you go into some sort of labor. (according to my hospital anyway, of course there are exceptions, but they are usually medical in nature).

Thanks girls! I tried to explain to him as much as he would like me to have this baby now im not physically or emotionally ready and i want the baby to cook a few more weeks. I think someone is just getting eager. Thanks again for helping me see its not just me.. there are medical reasons to wait!!
