Will cereal really help?

summerbaby LIF Infant Member since 11/05 291 total posts Name: Danielle	Will cereal really help? My DD will go down at 9 and sleep until 4ish and need a feeding. Then goes back down for 2-3 hours. She will be starting cereal this week, do you think it will help her to skip that 4am feeding?

ckdk My girls Member since 5/05 7027 total posts Name: Cheryl	Re: Will cereal really help? I don't think it will help but you never know. I took away that 4AM feeding when I noticed she wasn't eating that much at that time so I did CIO, but she was 5 months old.

He was taking 8oz at that feeding regularly. The next night I lessened it to 6oz. Then after like 2 days we went to 4oz. After he finished each bottle and was PO'ed and wanted more, I filled it with water. He hated it! Got annoyed and just went back to sleep. It took a little over a week, but worked!!!
