Wierd skin issue

So the past couple of days my legs have been SO dry and they are really red...it is not razor burn and does not itch or hurt so I do not think it is a rash......anyone else have this? TIA

I have that. Shaffing on the inner legs and extreme dryness on the rest of my arms.

I actually had this a couple of weeks ago. But it burned. It was on my upper legs, and my lower butt. I had to go to the hospital, because I had been exposed to chicken pox, and they wanted to make sure it wasn't them. Then I went to an infectious disease dr the next day, and she said it was a contact rash. But NOTHING was different...no new clothes, detergent. So I dont know. I actually still kinda have it, but not nearly as bad.

I have what looks like diaper rash on my inner thighs - it itches at night (I guess after my clothes have been brushing against it all day). My legs look sunburned and kind of scaly - like it's really dry skin, combined with sunburn and with some added bumps that look like PUPPS.

I put desitin on it (which is diaper rash cream - but it's my mom's answer for anything skin related.) The desitin gets rid of the itching and takes the redness away temporarily.

I think it's the weather. I have it just inside my knees and lower thighs. It's from my pants rubbing into the skin. It's like shaffing. It feels like you skin is raw and it's painful if you use a cream with perfume.

But the rest of my body is also extremelly dry too.

And I just noticed it too on my triceps area and elbows yesterday.

I usually get that in the winter but since I am PG it's even worst.
