Wierd Foods Your Cat Eats

I usually let him smell what I am eating or drinking since he begs for food like a dog and won't leave me alone until I do. 99% of the time he takes a whiff and then off he goes, not interested. Of course he is interested in chicken, turkey, fish.

But he also likes:

Cantelope
Capt. Morgan Rum and Coke

My cat goes bonkers over DH's grandmother's stuffed cabbage.

I can't figure it out, but she goes crazy over it!

i do the same thing and always say here you go...wanna sniff....you KNOW you dont like it....then I did it will with broccoli and apparently I was wrong...she LOVES it

We had a black cat that LOVED Doritos and another cat that loved hard-boiled egg yolks!

My current cat LOVES mint. She will try to stick her head in your mouth if you're chewing gum or if you just brushed your teeth...

Bella loves chips. Any kind.

They both also love chinese food and almost anything we have on our plates.

They are ruthless. We call them vultures because they will swoop down and eat whatever they can get their paws on.

My girl cat won't eat ANYTHING that's not her own food... She's a perfect little lady

But.......... her brother on the other hand................


He LOVES to get his head into everything we eat. He goes wild over cereal with milk! I know cats aren't supposed to have milk because it can upset their stomachs, so I eat the cereal and give him the bowl when there's a TEEEEENY bit left, just enough to make the bottom of the bowl a little wet and he licks it clean! (and never got sick from that either so I know it's fine) He LOVES it! He also likes Captain Crunch cereal.....

Hmm and he also loves chicken skin (I pull off the skin when I eat chicken and he takes it) but I know that's pretty fattening so he only does it occasionally. He's my little buster! haha

My cat LOVES Italian bread

When I come home with it he goes NUTS then i give him a piece and he goes to town onit

He also loves french fries

Eddie will eat damn near anything.

Broccoli, fries, peanut butter, pumpkin pie, cheese doodles, shrimp (that was fun to clean up when he puked).

The shrimp incident cracked me up though. I left a pan of shrimp and white beans on the stove to cool before I packed it away. He managed to slide the cover off and eat JUST the shrimp, leaving all the beans.

Nothing is sacred in our home.

Lydia, on the other hand, is a perfect lady and only eats cat food.

my cat will eat ANYTHING and EVERYTHING! i kid you not!!

cheese doodles, cereal, pasta, sugar wafers, bagels, bread, pizza... he tried to eat anything out of your hand lol

Any and all dairy products.
Milk, ice cream, cheese, eggs, sour cream., whipped cream..anything that contains a dairy product.

I finally found some cat treats that are Dairy Flavored...I haven't opened them yet but I'm hoping this will help with the dairy fixation!

And any and all Pastry type items...one night he chewed through a pie box to eat a bit of apple pie! I wanted to kill him in the morning when I saw what he had done...

Our cat likes tomato products..ketchup, sauce..she likes lettuce and she also likes potato bread..it's strange..I'll take a little piece off the ends for her sometimes...

Weird how some of us have cats with very similar likes.

My kitty likes to lick Cheetos, or potato chips...

Lick at some tomato sauce or a pat of butter and somehow once she got a whiff of green olive juice. It was like she was high!

Mini carrots also give her some type of crazy cat-nip like effect - rolling around on the floor, etc.

She also used to eat McDonalds french fries; not that much anymore. Now she only licks them (I think she likes the salt from all of these things?)

as soon as i crack open a can of tuna my cat comes running.

also, anything out of a little container, like pudding or yogurt he goes crazy for. he follows the spoon from the cup to my mouth and tries to get it every time! I let him lick the container when i'm done

My 2 cats love cheese doodles, broccolli from the Chinese take out place, mac and cheese, turkey, chicken, and chinese noodles.

I wanted to respond again by saying I found out this week that my boy cat likes pasta ... no actually, HE LOVES IT!

Pokey will smell anything- but not really eat it

(but he LOVES beer, wine, milk and coffee)

he will eat rice or meat right off my plate- esp. chinese food (seems to be common)

Maggie loves all tomatoe products- esp mexican food

they both love cheese and turkey

Hades likes pork rinds and Chinese noodles. He even likes the pork rinds that are spicy! Oh, and he loves stealing the wrapper from Edy's fruit ices in the trash. He has a sweet tooth.
