Wide-neck bottles vs Standard bottles
With DS1 we used Dr. Brown's standard bottles. Loved them, made a huge difference for him, and didn't mind the parts. I was unsuccessful at breastfeeding and had medical complications so I just used standard sized bottles.
This time around I would really like to try breastfeeding again. And hope to be more successful. I do want to introduce bottles early on bc I want to also pump (had a great supply last time) and bottle feed especially middle of the night.
Should I buy the wide-neck bottles or standard-sized ones? I thought the wide-neck were more breast like. Will it make a difference?
Buying most things this weekend and am not sure which to buy.

For DD, I found Momma bottles to be most "breast-like". They are made by Lansinoh and designed to mimic breast shape and nipple.

I found wide neck were much better and more like the breast.

i heard that wide neck to mimic the breast more so it should be easier for them to switch. however, i used the bottles that came with my breast pump (the little madela bottles) and they are standard so i just stuck with that and dd has no problems going between breast and bottle

ITA. Wide neck bottles are ideal for BF babies.
