Why won't she eat a mashed banana?

So I ran out fruit for DD and I figured I would give her a mashed banana and she refuses to eat it. The faces she is making you would think it is posien. Does anyone know why?

How ripe was it? Was the banana nice and brown? It may not have been sweet enough for her Chat Icon

It was perfect ripeness. It was organic and I do notice that it is sweeter than a regular banana. I just thought it was odd because she will eat it out of the jar.

I recently offered DD a mashed banana (for the first time - never had in the jar before). She HATED it ... she also acted like it was poison! Chat Icon However, the next day I pureed it with a tiny bit of water and she loved it! So, for my DD, I'm thinking she disliked the texture (it is sort of oddly gooey!), not the taste (I actually experimented and gave her some mashed JUST after the pureed one which she enjoyed and she didn't like the mashed at all).
