My sister who is preggo woth #3 takes tylenol pm on those types of nights. Maybe check with the dr. and see if they'll allow it.
You need to get the most sleep now then ever with Kristina just a hop skip and jump away!

Oh he's ok with me doing it... I don't like doing it too much cuz then it puts her out, and it takes her a while the following day to get fully mobile again....

My doctor said Tylenol PM is a-ok! I haven't used it yet but I am sure there will come a time when I will need it.

Gotcha.
I have always found when I force myself to go to sleep it doesn't happen, but if I just hang out in bed, relaxing, watching tv I'll eventually drift off.

My dr. said it's just tylenol with benadryl in it, so it's safe to use (in moderation of course).
