why is this house so cheap
hmm
I love Rockville Centre! I know it's small on the outside, but 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, finished basement, and it looks really nice! good condition.
275,000?? that's a great deal for rockville centre no?
I wish I saw this earlier so I could have went to the open house today!
Edit: Is it the Malverne school district? I know RC has a good school district...

Small
lakeview section- not exactly rockville centre
IMO it's over priced

Malverne SD = not so good
I grew up and Malverne and my parents sent us to private school (my mom was a Malverne HS grad)
Also, it's on the Lakeview side of RVC - again not a good area.

It says Rockville Centre. hahah i hate when they real estate agents do that. I didn't know it was Lakeview section.
