Why is it that.....
Some days I look smaller and some days I look bigger. It worries me sometimes.
This morning I feel like my belly got smaller

that happens to me too!! its actually after certain foods i eat..i went out to dinner with some friends one night and OMG..when i stood up everyone was like OMG..where did that come from??!! i guess its possible that even with a belly i was bloated..i think this is normal...but just check with your doc to make sure

We went on a cruise in April...the way my belly looked you would think I was 8 months prego,,,,,,since being home I feel like I lost weight because my belly doensnt look anything like it did on the cruise ..Even in the pics from the cruise I look soooooo prego.
I think it has alot to do with what you eat

Might also be the clothes you are wearing...I have noticed that with different shirts come different belly sizes.

It also has to do with your baby's movement. They roll around in there so much! Some days you may look bigger because baby changed his/her position overnight, like if his/her butt is poking out

I have a 8 month preggo belly at night, but in the morning its just a little pudgy... I guess it's all the crap I eat all day long

For me it usually depended on what i wore that day and what i ate - some shirts made me look HUGE and some so much smaller.
Also - If i had chinese food or pigged out the night before - i tended to be bloated in the evening, morning because of the salt intake etc....
Don't worry - everything is fine - its just normal
